I still teach cake decorating home party classes. Each class has 4 sessions. If you would like to host a class gather at least 3 friends and contact me. Cost $40 a class.

Also this is my hobby, but I love to make cakes and other goodies. Call me for any orders.

Beginning Class Supplies

Supplies needed....*I recommend getting the wilton 53 piece decorating kit. Things included in the kit will have an *. You may rent supplies from me for $2 a class.


*Tips- 16, 3, 21, 2D, 104, 67. These are the bare minimum. (The wilton kit does not come with tip 2D)
*Decorating bags- I prefer disposable let mess, but you may use any kind you want. I recommend 12".

*Standard Tip couplers- 2 is sufficient. For me I can never have too many.

*Small spatula- I prefer the angled kind.

*Wilton Icing Colors- I will have some you can use, but if you want a specific color for your final project you may want to purchase it. The kits come with some colors (Golden Yellow, Moss Green, Rose Petal, Cornflower Blue, Violet)

Wax Paper

Scissors -Clean ones that you can dedicate to your cake kit.

Toothpicks

Apron

2 Clothes- I use a dish towels, but don't bring your favorite. It may never come back the same.



Not Needed, but nice to have. Will come in handy on your final projects

Large Spatula- Mine is straight edged and works well for me.

Cake Board- You will have a final project and may want to put it on a cake board. I recommend purchasing this after the first class. They can be found at Wal-Mart.

Food foil paper- looks like wrapping paper and covers cake boards.

Meringue Powder- Wal-Mart and the Ace part of Stewart's has this.
